How It Works

1. Call the store at 1-725-780-5840 or chat with our online support team to confirm that the puppy you’re interested in is still available for purchase.
2. Here at Las Vegas Puppy World we offer the option to purchase your new fur baby here on our website from the comfort of your home and have the puppy delivered at your convenience. (Free delivery if you’re within 15 miles from our store)
   
   1. If you wish to purchase your puppy online, and since you won’t be coming in our store to see the puppy, we do offer our video chat service so you may virtually meet the puppy and see if he/she is the right puppy for you. (By appointment only)
   2. Select the puppy you’re most interested then click their profile and add them to cart then go to your cart and proceed to checkout.
   3. Once your order has been placed we will  contact you within 10 minutes via phone or email that you have provided to arrange your pickup or delivery.
3. A $300 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your desired puppy for pickup or hand-delivery. You can either call the store and place a deposit on the phone or select (Pay Deposit), then click (Add to cart) then go to your cart and follow payment instructions. Complete the puppy deposit form (Click here) The Form must be signed by the purchaser.
4. Return the puppy deposit form, along with a copy of your driver’s license and credit card (front & back), to: [email protected].
5. Call the store at 1-725-780-5840 to confirm that your completed puppy deposit form has been received and that your puppy has been reserved.
6. You will be contacted by one of our lovely representatives shortly after to schedule a pickup or hand-delivery date.
   1. Pickup: If you will be picking your puppy up, please keep in mind that there is a mandatory orientation, so the pickup process mat take up to 30 mins.
   2. Delivery: If your puppy requires our safe and sound hand-delivery service, all you pay is what the flight costs us to get the puppy to you. The hand-delivery fee must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. All other fees may be paid in advance by our payment methods.
7. The remaining balance is due on the date of pickup or delivery.
8. If for any reason you would like to cancel your puppy reservation, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of your deposit. Store credit does expire but may be used on another puppy within 30 days.

*Please note that we DO NOT ship our puppies in cargo due to safety concerns. Even the most well-known airlines, such as Delta, United, and American Airlines, have had their passengers’ pets die in cargo. If you will be requiring our safe and sound hand-delivery service, please make sure that you understand all costs involved prior to leaving a deposit for one of our puppies.
